In Memory of Bo Bates

Junior Bo Bates

Who would have thought one young man could make such a difference?

Junior Bo Bates surpassed expectations as he made people’s lives better during his 17 years on earth. He would help anyone if he saw someone was  in need, lend a hand to repair what was broken, welcome everyone with open arms, and share an infectious smile everywhere he went. He was always full of love and kindness, a great friend, and a great neighbor.

Just like anyone, he had his imperfections, but those where were drowned out by the kind, loving, good hearted, Jesus loving man he was.

We all love Bo Bates, and will remember and cherish his memory in our hearts. He will not be forgotten; he has made too big of an impact in our lives for this not to hurt.

We know you’re at peace in heaven with God now; we love you Bo Bates.

Psalm 116:15

Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Romans 14:8

For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.

Revelation 14:13

Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’”

“Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.”
