Honor America Night took place on Nov. 7 in James Bamburg Stadium at 6:30 p.m. It was led off by the Sabine Band playing the anthem as band director Aaron Handorf sang with them. The Sabine Middle School Steppers and the Sabine High School Strutters followed the band, and not too long after they came a colorful fireworks show. Many veterans showed up and they were honored by the kind words of assistant principal Monty Pepper.
