Net Neutrality good for internet

Net Neutrality is not something many people are aware of, but it will affect anyone with a phone. Net Neutrality is where people have the freedom to search what they want or use whatever apps they want such as Snapchat or Twitter or even Instagram. If this were to be repealed, then whatever service provider an individual is connected with can and will charge him for using his data. Ajit Pi, one of the leading supporters and also one of the FCC members, voted to take down net neutrality. The FCC vote was split, with the ruling passing narrowly.

This has caused quite an uproar, seeing that the main reason he pushed for this is so that he could profit alongside other corporate enterprises. But be assured, this will not help the public. In fact, both “GeekWire” and “Recode” have started petitions to demand another vote on the issue.
