The Mexican restaurant Los Enchilado’s in Liberty City is a great place to eat out, and their best dish, by far, is the beef enchiladas. They also have excellent sauces and hot, fresh chips, and the guacamole is amazing.

The restaurant is family friendly, and it has great servers who treat the customers with respect. It also has fast service, keeping customers from having to wait a long time to get their orders. Maybe the only negative is that the booths have had some wear and tear, but the tables always appear clean, and that’s the most important part.

So, before leaving town for Kilgore or Longview for a Mexican night out, try out a local restaurant that supports Sabine High School activities.
