Junior B.J. Stidham won back to back state individual championships in the THSPA 123 lb weight class for powerlifting. B.J. broke his own state record on squat of 465 lbs. He set a personal record on bench at 275 lbs, and he also set a personal record on dead lift of 470 lbs. This gave him a state record total of 1210 lbs. His first place finish was good enough to place the Sabine Cardinals as fourth place team in division 3.
